Where do you ship?

How long does delivery take?

• Standard delivery takes 10–15 business days after dispatch.

How much is shipping?

• Orders over $$40 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under$40 are calculated at checkout.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

• At this time, we offer standard shipping only. We’re working on faster options—stay tuned!

What is your order processing time?

• Orders are processed in 4–6 business days before shipping.

Will I receive tracking?

• Yes. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Are there customs, duties, or import taxes?

• US: Typically none.
• UK & Canada: Orders may be subject to VAT, duties, and handling fees set by your country’s customs. These are the customer’s responsibility.

My tracking hasn’t updated—what should I do?

• Tracking can take 24–72 hours to update. If there’s no movement after 5 business days, contact us with your order number.

Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

• If your order hasn’t shipped, we can update the address. Contact us ASAP with the correct address and order number.

My package is lost/stolen—what now?

• First check with neighbors and your local carrier office. If still missing after 3 business days, contact us for support.

What sizes do you offer for rings?

• US sizes 5–10 (most styles). Some designs may include sizes 4 and 11. Check each product page for exact availability.

How do I find my ring size at home?

• Method 1 (existing ring): Measure the inside diameter in mm and use a US ring size chart.
• Method 2 (string method): Wrap a strip of paper around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, measure the length in mm, and match to circumference on a ring size chart.
• Tips: Measure at the end of the day; consider temperature and knuckle size.

Are your rings adjustable?

• We offer selected adjustable/open-band styles. See the product page for “adjustable” in the features.

What necklace lengths do you offer?

• Common lengths: 14" choker, 16" short, 18" classic, 20" matinee, 22–24" long. Most pieces include a 2–3" extender for flexible fit.

How do I choose the right necklace length?

• Petite frames: 14–16"
• Everyday: 16–18"
• Layering or higher necklines: 18–20"
• For pendants, 18" is a versatile base. Use the extender to adjust.

Do you offer extenders?

• Yes. Many pieces include a built-in extender. We also sell separate extenders for more length.

What sizes do you offer for anklets?

• Standard anklets: 8–10" with 1–2" extender.
• For looser/draped fit or boots: consider 10–11".
• Tip: Measure above your ankle bone and add 0.5–1" for comfort.

How do I size a belly chain?

• Typical adjustable range: 24–45".
• Measure around the point you want the chain to sit (natural waist or hips) and choose a length that includes at least 2" of adjustability.

What about earrings—how are sizes listed?

• We list earrings by diameter (for hoops), drop length (for dangles), and width/thickness when applicable. Post gauge is standard for pierced ears unless stated otherwise.

Can you customize sizes?

• Select styles can be customized. Contact us with the product name and your desired size/length.

Are all your products waterproof?

• Yes—our jewelry is designed for daily wear, including exposure to water from handwashing, showers, and sweat.

Can I swim with the jewelry on?

• Yes, casual swimming is fine. Rinse with freshwater after exposure to saltwater or chlorinated pools and pat dry.

Will the color fade or tarnish?

• Our waterproof finish is highly resistant to tarnish and fading with normal wear and basic care. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive scrubbing to maximize longevity.

Are your pieces hypoallergenic?

• Yes—our metals and finishes are chosen to minimize irritation for most skin types. If you have severe allergies, check each product’s material details and test with short wear.

How should I clean and care for my jewelry?

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

• We’ll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
